Can't reduce the size of the forum

Hello.

For some reason, I go into the theme settings to reduce the sizes of the forum, font, etc., and nothing changes. Please advise on how to fix this issue.

Let's start with one item and work through them. You want to reduce the size of the forum. I assume you mean forum width? And if so, how are you doing this? (What steps)
