Which staff members can see "invisible" online status?

     The Invisible setting states that when active, only certain staff members can see one's online status:



Yet, according to the Help Guide and various support threads I've searched through, any staff of the forum in question can see the online status.  So, can a moderator with only basic powers view my "invisible" online status?  Presently I visit this forum only to read and write PMs.

Other than the forum admin, only members in a group with the power "See Invisible Members" enabled (set to Yes) can see invisible members.
