New Posts icon not appearing on threads anymore

I haven't modified anything on my forum for many many years at this point.  It's using the default New Posts icon that appears on the Legend at the bottom of the page, but it has recently stopped appearing on actual threads with new posts and is a blank space.

In the forum's CSS the new icon is defined as an image. That image is no longer available. Either replacing the image URL or removing that part from the style sheet should fix the issue.
