Hello,
Hoping you can clarify for me. I believe we have a standing recurring payment for our forum being ad free. A month or two back I saw the banner section appear on our site briefly, I'm seeing this again now. I have to admit I don't do a lot of work on our forum as thanks to you, it tends to run great all on its own.
I'm a little stumped though on this ad space that I don't believe should be appearing as I mentioned, I believe we're already paying for ad free. I'm sure I'm just missing something. Appreciate any clarification you can give.
Thanks John

Just a small note: per the TOS please disable your ad blocker on PB sites by adding them to your white list.
The most likely explanation is that you ran out of ad free views: ad free works for 50,000 page views (counts for ALL views not just unique ones) or the end of the month UTC time whichever comes first. Since the month hasn't rolled over yet, you prob have exceeded the 50k views.
There is an option for overage additions in the subscription options, but what I would do is check to see (admin > upgrades > adfree) to see if you have run out of available page views first, just to confirm.

Yep... that was it, thank you. Had to purchase the overdraft option and it's resolved now.
Thanks again, John
