Tapatalk working on iOS but not on Android

So as per the subject, we have an issue where users using the tapatalk app on Android cannot access the webiste.

The site is showing on the tapatalk group listed when searched for, but when the user clicks on the link the error "Network error, please try again later. (get_config)" is returned.

Would this be a proboards config issue or tapatalk?

Hi dave11111,

After investigating this looks to be a Tapatalk issue of some variety. I was able to reproduce the error which indicates that this isn't something to do with the bridge between ProBoards and Tapatalk which would eliminate most of the sources of the error being on the PB side.

I would suggest reaching out to Tapatalk support for assistance. My apologies for not being able to help further!

I've sent Tapatalk an email, and will report back on what the fix was if there is any.
