You have to wait for PB to update things.

In the mean time, you can try censoring "x.com" to be replaced with "twitter.com" in the censored words list of your admin panel. That's been a good workaround for the most part, but the company officially deprecated the twitter URL so there is no guarantee how long this workaround would be useful.
