Why can members bypass a block and still pm an admin? This is bad. I don't care if they pm others I just don't want them pming me so I don't want to disable their pms.

Hi dustys.
Unfortunately, the admin can not block a member from PMing them. I think the reasoning is that they may need to PM some important information.
I am sorry i don't have more favourable information for you.

Wouldn't harassment of any user (and especially an admin) constitute a breach of your forum T&Cs? I would have thought implementing a temporary ban would be appropriate until they abide by T&Cs.

If we disable their PMs, can they still pm the admin?

There is no way at all to stop the harassment other than delete the account?

dustys - If the harassing has continued despite previous attempts to address their behavior, it seems likely that the most effective solution might be to delete their account. I understand this is a difficult decision, but ensuring a safe and respectful environment for everyone on the forum is crucial.

But then I have to fear retaliation. Deleting will make it worse I'm scared.
