player unable to log onto forum

One of my players is having difficultly logging in.  She's tried her main account and her side accounts to no avail.

Other players and myself are having no trouble logging in. 

She said she's not using vpn, she's cleared her cache and history. 

Any suggestions?

She has since told me that she manage to log in in main account but when trying to change to another account it kicks her out.

Hi. It's me that is having trouble.

I can log into the account under my main account (Cereza is the name of the main account). But when I try to use the account switcher to log into one of my character accounts, it logs me back out. And then I have to close the browser and reopen it to log back in. I can log into a character account, but again.. switching is impossible. I have to close the browser in order to log into a different one.

There are two sites that have been blocked in the last few days when the problem started (I use Bitdefender) ffbtas.com and bidlab.ai.

Try whitelisting ProBoards on Bitdefender. Do the same on any other antivirus you might be using. Also, if you have any adblocker in use, whitelist ProBoards on that too. Apart from the fact that using one may interfere with connecting, it is against the TOS to use adblockers.
See how the whitelisting goes.

I honestly didn't think about that. My apologies. I have fixed it.

Now the only other issue is when I change characters, I have to click on forum, or reload the page to show that I'm logged in as my other account.

Do you have the same issue with switching accounts on another forum (like this one)? 

I suspect that this may be related to the theme and might not be fixable.

Any other forum I have accounts on, I don't have the problem. I wondered. Though it's been the same theme for a couple of weeks and I've only just started having these issues.

If you leave the page alone for like a minute after switching accounts does the name change?

I know from past experience that there are some heavily customized themes that have presented this issue in the past.
