User Metrics Incorrect Today

I know that you've previously indicated that they can take some time to catch up, but the statistics haven't been calculating numbers correctly for the last 12 hours when they're normally accurate in real time. I'm not reporting this out of impatience, but rather in case there is an issue.

There have been over 130 posts and 7 threads created so far on the 30th based on the forum using UTC as its timezone. However, this is what I see.

I'm not seeing any issues with your forum's analytics. Analytics data for the current day are never guaranteed as accurate until the day closes. While sometimes they may reflect a more real-time accuracy, this is not always the case. Let's see how the numbers look tomorrow and we can go from there.

Well, it's about 24 hours since this started happening and the analytics are still incorrect for the day. It now says 155 posts and 3 threads.

There were 8 threads and over 330 posts. Either way, I'll let you know by tomorrow morning.

No, the 30th is still incorrect, and the 31st is incorrect in real time.

Okay, it's now "tomorrow" based on the forum's use of UTC, based on my time zone, and based on your time zone. The 30th is still incorrect, and the 31st is incorrect in present time.

When I posted here last night Eastern time, a little before it hit midnight UTC, my forum had 8 new threads for the day and over 330 posts. More posts were made after I made that reply on ProBoards Support. My statistics for the 30th currently show 163 posts and 3 topics. So, they are still incorrect.

Note that I'm not alone in this. I may hate math, but I love statistics.

Systems told me that basically the data containers are being cycled and the analytics data repopulated. This may take some time. Please avoid accessing the forum analytics page for now as you won't get the updated data, and it may slow down the process.

Since this task it for all forums, my guess is that it may take a few hours. Thanks.

I hope that waiting 6 hours is long enough to not get yelled at. Things are looking normal again.
