How to take Ban out of my shoutbox?

Can anyone tell me how to do so?

Since you have multiple themes, add the following to your Global Header (Admin > Structure > Headers & Footers > Global Header & Footer > Header)

<style>
   .shoutbox_ban_button {display:none;}
</style>

OR

If you want to do it for just one particular theme, then go to the layout templates for the theme (Admin > Structure > Layout Templates > Shoutbox > Individual Posts tab)

On line 5 should be:
$[shoutbox_post.ban_button]
Replace it with this:
<!-- $[shoutbox_post.ban_button] -->
