Stuck on mobile

For some reason, I can’t get my site off of mobile view on my phone. I keep clicking “desktop” but it just reloads the mobile version. Strangely enough I could get it to work here on the support forums though. Is there something I can do to fix this?

Hi

The preference is saved to a cookie. Could you clear all the cookies set for your site and see if the problem continues.

If you are using chrome on your device: click on the icon to the left of the url in the address bar > click cookies and site data > click the bin icon

Note that this will log you out of the site, so you will need to log back in.
