Tatiana - the forum is able to be restored. However the request needs to come from an account using the same email address as the one that created the forum. (Simply knowing the email address is not sufficient for verification.) If you are the forum creator, please create an account here using the email address used to create the forum, and restate the request. We'll be happy to restore.
