How do I do that on my forum It's not the bump stop plugin What if I only want a member to bump their thread once per 12 hours or so like the 24 HR rule in that board on here

It is a plugin named Please Wait(post_rate_limit) made specifically for this forum [1] by RedBassett I don't believe he has ever released it for public consumption.

I posted that only to demonstrate how to investigate what plugins are currently installed and visible to you on a forum. That highlighted part only contains the configuration data being sent to the plugin. It is not the plugin itself. If you were to edit the plugin and change it from 1440 minutes (24 hours) to 720 minutes (12 hours), then that would be reflected in the part highlighted in yellow (you would also need to change the, please wait display message, of course). If RedBassett wants to release the plugin, he will; otherwise, you are free to request another one in the plugin request board.
