Ad free question

Some people on the forums don't grasp that ad free costs money and even after we make an announcement in our chatroom to please stop refreshing to check for replies, there's one person alone using over 1k per day. I need more controls over this. My only options now are to ban or to buy a higher package to accommodate what one person doing. Is there a workaround? Disable ad free every time they are online? That can't be the only answer. If that is, can it be automated somehow? I can't keep watching and clicking. I did what I can do with sending out the mass pm too.

There unfortunately isn't any way to turn off ad-free for a specific person. If this person refuses to listen to your request the best move would be to ban them from the forum.

Alternatively you could encourage them to purchase PB+ (unlimited personal ad-free) then their usage wouldn't count towards your purchased ad-free.
