Shoutout Box to the Top

Good morning i had put the shoutout box up top to my header and i don't like it there because you can see the a code when you login is there another place where i can put the shoutout box at in stead of the header please and thank you so much it would be great .

Could you clarify what you mean by they can see the code before they login. Do you mean they can see the shoutbox, and you only want members to see the shoutbox?

i had put my shoutout box in the header by mistaken and when you login you can see a code in the header is there anyway i can put the shoutout box somewhere else up top thank you

HI,

You still want the Shoutbox near the top of the page, correct? There unfortunately isn't really anywhere else to move it inside the top of the forum (assuming you want the Shoutbox to appear first). If you want to move it under the forum notices we could try that?

To move the Shoutbox we just need to move $[shoutbox] in the forum template to the location where we'd like it to appear. If you'd like me to change the location for you just let me know where you'd like it to appear.

I would like to move it under where is says home i can do it myself because i have a lot of themes i just need to know where to put it not on the header thanks you so much

Go to Admin>Themes>Layout Templates. Then inside the Forum Wrapper template move the $[shoutbox] from the very top to after the closing div for the $[navigation.tree]. If this isn't to your liking you can play around with the location in the template, just remember to place it outside of any divs or if statements.
