Attachment Storage

With reference to the Jago Owners Club pages. - I dont know much about the tech side of running a forum! problem is this - we have lots of historic images and members are currently not able to submit any images at all, presume this is down to storage being exceeded, I need to be able to correct this - probably by removing old posts.
Creator of the forum - "Pete" is no longer active, I believe I am currently the only Moderator still active my username is Dave36
Please advise on how to proceed, thankyou

Thanks, it pictures that are the problem, I presume its down to storage space allocated

An indirectly related question.
The default/free Attachment space limit for a forum is 200 MB.
Default limit per post is up to three 1 MB Attachments.
In the Admin page to Manage Attachments, I see that the number of Attachments per post can be reduced, but the max 1 MB cannot be reduced. I think it would be good to have the flexibility to lower the Attachment limit from 1 MB to more reasonable 100-200 KB.
Am I overlooking some setting?

Eton Bones, thanks for the recommendation of "Stingy Uploader". It seems a Dropbox download. I couldn't find it by searching PB Plungin Library. Have you tried it? Does it integrate well with PB?

Plugin Stingy Uploader works great. Installation was a bit nonintuitive, but I figured it out.
I will put detailed steps at my website. Posters can PM/DM for link.
