No shoutbox under Forum Settings

In my admin forum settings, I don't see the shoutbox anywhere.

Is it somewhere else now, or what's up?

This would mean the account you are logging in with does not have that permission.

If you are the forum creator, log in with username:admin and you'll have shoutbox access. Also, you can adjust the member group permission so you can access shoutbox in the admin panel with your other account.

If you are not the forum creator, you will need to contact them to request permission.
