Shoutbox won't show

Scott      A month or so ago we was having an issue with troll like problems on our shoutbox    Those troll like problems have been handled  👍

You came to our forum like early July   & a did something to our shoutbox    We cannot figure out why the shoutbox will not show   Settings of the Shoutbox are Enabled   But we don't understand why the shoutbox won't appear at the bottom of our forum  ?   It's enabled  but missing 

Can you Please come back to our forum and undo whatever you did to the shoutbox  ?  The community wants it back   but we cannot figure out how or why it isn't there  ?    Only re enable the shoutbox for us  is all we want  👍  I feel responsible for this as I came here originally for help & now we cannot bring the Shoutbox back online 😥
