I want to be able to have a certain template in post replies

I want to be able to have a certain template in post replies. I know I used to have that in an old forum, but I do not remember how I did it, it has been so long. 

What I want it to say is:

Post Title:

This is a writing forum so when doing replies you can't put a title so having it say Post Title: in all reply to posts would be great.

I can't get it to work. I am not sure if I am putting it in the wrong place or what?

You need to install the plugin.

Go to Admin > Plugins > Plugin Library. On the Library page, under Filters (on the left) type in the keyword subjects and click Search. The plugin listing should show on the right. Click the install button to add it to your forum.
