Member Groups/Ranks

I have a member that I have assigned to a specific member group to but cannot get his group assignment to show in his profile, instead it shows his member rank only.

I'm sure this has come up before but didn't see a thread on it, so my apologies if this is a dup thread.

gly1963 - if I'm look at the correct member, it appears they had belonged to another group first.

Do you need them as a group leader or was that just to try and get the group to show in their profile?

I just want the group to show in his profile.

Remove the member from being a group leader and from the group. (Refresh your page) Then add them again to the group. This time the group should show.
