Disable or delete or ban a member

Hallo

I have a problem with a member who disrespects me, who posts things that annoy others and I tried everything but he comes back with another account name or another mail or another IP because he has VPN and I don’t know how to prevent him from getting in my forum any more.

I tried disable and deleted and banned. He comes back after two minutes!

Unfortunately, the only thing i can recommend is enabling the limited registrations, whereby someone can create an account but the account can not be used until approved by a staff member.

As you already know, people can create multiple email addresses, and able to change their IP address, and there is no way of knowing who is behind that account until they start posting.

The only other thing i could suggest is just disabling registrations for a little while. If the person can not create an account for a number of days, they may move on.

Sorry i can't offer more preferable suggestions.
