"Control/Management" Rights ?

Hi. Its me again.

We are going quite well - if there are any sports fans who like to join just drop me a line. We cover all sports.

BUT - to the question - if I wanted to make someone else a "Manager" - ie controller - of our forum how would I do it. I was thinking if I was run over by a bus how would my (few) members get access and run the place. I have someone in mind but just need to know how.

Its mainly just a safety issue for the forum.
