I have a old forum (3D Arcade Forum) that used phpbb but it as a database.sql file only so need to be uploaded and then add it to phpbb, I was wondering if you can do that with Proboards, it would take to long to make a new forum and adding each thread to it, this way would be quicker...?
This is the forum but its now offline, its in Wayback Machine but only it home page is captured.

The 3D Arcade Forum has been a round from 2001 when 3D Arcade came out, there is a lot of info on the forum we need access too.
