Header Image Not Showing

So I'm trying to put a banner image up at the top of my forum and it's simply not showing up. I've tried uploading the image I want under Admin > Themes > Colors & Theme Creator and still nothing. I checked my theme manager and it says I'm only at 371KB size wise for my theme so I don't think that should be the problem either.

Any suggestions? The image I'm trying to use is 1033px by 200 px, about 605KB in size and shows up under my custom theme images in my theme settings.

Go to Admin > Themes > Colors & Theme Creator. Under Forum Banner > Banner Height, change the value from 100% to 150px (Click the Save Changes button)

Are you by chance using an ad-blocker or something similar?

I normally do but I have it turned off on my forum. Would a VPN interfere with it?

EDIT: So I just tried looking at it in microsoft edge instead of Firefox and the banner DOES show after all! Just... not in firefox for some reason.

This happens to me all the time in FF and always happens after there is a FF ext/add-on auto update. Ad blockers are usually the culprit as they may reset you settings back to block site you have white listed. Adblocker ultimate is often the cause for me specifically.
