Lengthen banner to fit forum

How do I lengthen my banner to fit my forum? It was correct but suddenly shortened.

Most likely the sudden change would be due to change in your browser's zoom level. At 100% it fits horizontally, but when I zoom out it no longer fills the horizontal space.

I see on line 1595 of your theme's CSS (Style Sheet) you have the background-size defined as contain. You might try changing that to cover. This will keep the horizontal space filled, however depending on the browser's zoom level may give undesirable results. I still suggest you give it a try.
