Changing the language (Swedish)

Hello everyone!

How do you change the language on your proboards forum? The forum is by default English, but I want to change it to Swedish. I have a free plan, if you are wondering.



Preferably not something you have to pay for. Is there something in the settings? A plugin? Can you change it yourself?
