Personal messages: recipients not popping up

Hello. I'm not sure if it's a coding issue, so feel free to move this thread if necessary, but I've ran into a problem. When I go to private message someone on my site, the user's name doesn't pop up when I type it in. I can only message them by going to their profile and clicking 'send message' there. This is annoying when I want to send a message to multiple people.

I've tried adding the @ before the name, but it doesn't do anything either. 

Any advice/solutions? Thanks in advance.

UPDATE: I've not been on my computer for a while so this issue is phone related. I did notice if I use the desktop version ( imgur.com/a/y6DgHEX ) that's built into Chrome, it does pop up, but I used to be able to do it without desktop version before.

This sounds like you need a member re-index. Monday is a holiday in the US, so it may not be done until Tuesday - when a PB Admin can trigger a re-index for you. However, sometimes a PB Admin will pop in during the weekend, so feel free to check back.

Aenwyn - a user reindex has been submitted for the forum. Please let me know if this fixes the issue.

Hello Scott,

Apologies for the late response. It hasn't fixed the issue, but I also still haven't gotten a chance to check on a computer. It might just be a Desktop-Version on phone problem.

If you are using desktop version on a mobile device, the list will pop up. It will not on the mobile version.
