I have a new member who registered on Sunday and I did not get a notice to accept him.
I had them asked him to reregister and Proboards sent him an email that there was already an account created under his email.
My profile settings have not changed so please take a look at my notification settings at his end.
There may be many more new member apps that I am not aware of.

Capt. Carl - I'm not seeing any issue with the email notifications system. I would venture to guess it's the frequency setting. On you forum go to your Profile > Edit Profile > Notifications tab. Find New User Pending and for the Email dropdown selector change the frequency option from Smart to Instant.

The last notice I had received was from a " Pattyman" last week. Can you approve the new member Jcade from your end as I have not received any notice from him on proboards and he is not shown in my security log. But you have him as registered. Also can you send me a test registration to see if it is working now.

Joe just tried to register again under his email: {email removed for privacy} He said this and same notice from proboards : This is what I get. I log in yet it’s never let me make a screen name I see the problem, he is trying to log in and thinks he has registered already. Wiil try to walk him through it all, thanks for your time on this.....

Capt. Carl - It should be good now. Have them close their browser and then re-open and try to register again.
