Chrome on android

I think I'm supposed to start a new thread even with the same issue, if I read the rules correctly. If I'm not, I apologize.

I have two (so far) posters who are having issues with Chrome on their androids. I've C&Ped what they've said.

"Is anyone else on mobile not able to edit or quote?"

"Mobile- chrome on an android. I can't click the board titles either, from within a thread, to go back- it just brings up a box that gives me a choice of "select post" "report post" "delete post" or "back to top" whenever I try to do any of those things."

"Mines been doing this too and it's annoying the **** out of me. I just keep using my browser bar to enter the homepage again."

After clearing the cache:
"I cleared my cache and I can quote now, but I can't use the navigation buttons- I also can't quote the first post of a thread, it seems."

enchanted - unfortunately for now they will need to use an alternate browser.

This is nothing we have done on our end, but apparently this issue has come about from a recent Chrome update that only affects those on Android.

I use the Brave browser which is chromium based so it's easy to swap things over and there's no issues using the brave browser at all.

As of today I've tried Chrome, DuckDuckGo, Edge and Brave and they all have the issue.  I'm basically off mobile and on desktop until this gets fixed.

comet52 - You can use Firefox. It's not Chromium-based.
