Member account disabled after ban

Hi,

One of my members who was on a temporary ban - that became lengthened to 2 years just by circumstances - is trying to rejoin but is just getting an "Account disabled" message.

This is despite me unbanning him etc.

Can you look into getting the account re-enabled?

I don't wish to divulge names/accounts publically. I guess you can see who are members and who has their account disabled etc. - or I can let you know privately.

Hi Tony

If you go in to their profile, and click on the Edit Profile button, you will be presented with a page of staff options for that member. One of those options will be for 'Account Disabled'. Make sure tht is set to no, and they should then be able to login to it.

If she continues to have problems, let us know.
