How to track ISP numbers of users?

How do I check a user's ISP?  I am trying to determine whether a user is opening multiple accounts ("sock puppets").  I don't seem to have the ability to check this.  Is it something that needs to be added to my permissions?

If you click on members you will be taken to a list of Members using that same IP
Posts - posts created by people having that same IP
Threads - threads created by people having that same IP

I'll bring this up with the rest of the team and see what I can do. Trust me, I totally understand your frustration. This change just makes it more obvious how difficult administrating IPs can be with the current toolset. This is a symptom of the original problem, the complete removal of IPs in v5. Since then we've added them back in a variety of different locations, but the base software was obviously never designed with that information in mind.

homeschooldad - that permission was not available to you, however I've just enabled it.
