Member unable to put up an avatar in profile

Hello

So I have a member who is reasonably new to my forum.  He is unable to put an avatar up in his profile.  He knows where to go to do this but the links required are simply not appearing  for him.

This issue  has been brought to my attention a few times before by others  in the past.  It only happens for a very few people, but it does happen. 

Today I had to put the avatar of his choice in his mini-profile myself.  The links do appear for me but not for him.

Can you please shed some light as to why this would be?

Deyana - what theme are they using?

I thought it's probably the main default theme. but I will ask and get back to you.

Yes, it's the default theme.

Deyana - all should be good now. The boxes that house the avatar options had a height of 246px when they needed a height of 310px. I made the adjustment for you.
