My staff cannot log in

My staff are getting the following message while trying to log in "upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. retried and the latest reset reason: connection failure"

This has been happening off and on for over a month. I reported this about 5-6 weeks ago and asked what measures are being taken to make sure it does not happen again. That thread has been deleted. So, I'm asking again, why does this keep happening and what is being done to deter it happening in the future?

I’ve closed all the threads regarding this current issue as it has now been resolved and also to prevent bumping with unrelated or past similar issues.
However, if Scott or any member of the admin team wishes to add anything to the linked explanation, they will add it here.
