Registration Action Question

Hello,

Sorry to bother you with this question but I was wondering if you have a pending member and you choose "reject" does this prevent them from applying again? Also, if you reject them do they get a notification of it via email?

FYI - I did look into the help section here but it gives no explanation on this issue.

Rejecting won’t prevent them from reapplying as they can return with different, email, username, ip. Same with banning. unfortunately that’s a limitation of the internet.
Rejection notification emails aren’t sent out.

Just to clarify a little, the act of rejecting a pending registration (clicking the Reject button) removes the user from the pending list and removes all traces of the account from your forum. They do not receive any notice of the rejection.

The user would be able to register again using the same username, email address, and IP.
