Search Function Not Working Properly

Good evening! The search function on our forum is not working correctly, often yielding no results for our members. We would like to know if there is a fix for this.

An admin will take a look and submit a re-indexing request, if that’s what’s required.
Normal office/ business hours are:
Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Pacific time (-8 GMT)
*But feel free to check back before then, as occasionally, a response is made outside of those times.
