Forum URL: atlea.proboards98.comOne of my members is not receiving the activation code. I manually registered the her, but when she tried to change the email address, it requested an activation code. She is not receiving this code, however. What can I, or she, do?

Is that member using a AOL mail address? Try the blow: ClickIf that fails I suggest your member signs up for an other free e-mail host. For example: hotmail or yahoo. If your member is not using an AOL mail address I have no clue what the problem is sorry.

For the record, there may be a problem somewhere with the emails coming out of proboards98.com ... this isn't the only topic regarding this. I have asked it be looked into. Fromn what i can see, they are being sent out, and some people are getting them, but others are getting 'lost' somewhere between the server and the email.
