Never seen the match D but I was keeping check of the score and when you went 1-0 up I thought you should win that being at home but then seen the final score and I was surprised really. But I think Raffa is in for a big surprise and Graham was spot on what he said. It will take some time for Raffa to get the hang of the pace in the Championship, I think he will realise now this is not the EPL, LaLiga etc leagues and will have to get the players to adapt or even buy players who are old hands in the Championship games and can help you out. Sadly we never went 1-0 up mate, we were 1-0 down and luckily got a penalty (which Gayle almost didn't score). Would be nice to say we managed to go 1-0 at home but alas we'll have to live and wait.

Oh well, must have looked at the wrong match on Sky Sports updates or knowing Sky Sports they might have got it wrong lol.

Yeah, I'm finding there's loads to follow in the Championship this time around that I'm not familiar with. Last time we went down I was more into English football so knew a fair bit about the First Division, but since then I've got more and more into European leagues so follow them instead of our lower divisions meaning I'm doing a lot of wikipedia look-ups during the highlight programmes

It's a shame you lost Kyriakos Papadopoulos last season. I remember watching him in the Champions League years ago when he was 19 or 20 and he looked set to become one of the best centre backs in the world, then injury put him out for ages and looks like he's not fulfilled his potential.

I hope you do well against Reading at home tomorrow night D, surely you can't lose two home games on the trot....can you? I see Man City have just gone 1-0 up against Steaua Bucharest away in the Champion League, Silva (13').

We've done much worse than lose two games on the trot, but fingers crossed Rafa has got some things sorted behind the scenes. I know I said I'd be worried if we lost the last game, but I'll be especially worried if we lose this one! City up for now but Kun managed to miss two penalties though!

Edit: 2-0 now and Aguero made up for his two missed penalties.

Your B&HA 2-0 up D , top of the league so far. My BHA Decent 3-0 last night and were able to be without a couple of shoe-ins for the first XI as well (Stockdale & Kayal). Top for the time being on goal difference but if QPR win against newly promoted Barnsley then they take top spot. Fortunately other teams vying for that spot slipped up as well - Aston Villa (hilariously) v Huddersfield and Sheff Weds getting thumped 3-1 at Burton, another newly promoted team. Two tough away matches for us now..Reading, then Newcastle.

SJP doesn't seem to be offering any distinct home advantages as of yet but we'll have a better impression of that after tonight. Apparently Rafa wants to bring another four players in but we've had basically zero activity now for a couple of weeks, so there's the possibility of a flurry at the end of the window if he gets what he wants. Desparate to get rid of some of our deadwood too, our squad's massive!
