Our forums didn't go down and it doesn't look like we've lost any posts but I have a major contributing member who appears to have been erased. A slot still shows for her in the members list in alphabetical order but her name is blank and her email shows as "@". She can't log in. If I do a search by disabled accounts she is on that list but since no name appears I can't even get in to modify her profile. I'm hoping this is a related problem. That sounds a great deal more like the Profile Clearing Bug (a small issue that crops up from time to time). Weather or not its related to the issue at hand I can not say. But there are procedures in place to fix this issue. You may wish to start a topic in this board regarding: Profile Clearing Bug, someone should be able to give you the steps that are needed to restore the account. (I don't have them on hand at this time)

Hi guys.

Apologies for asking again.. I know you're busy (and stressed) but didn't want my query to get dusty and forgotten... and especially so, since others are having the same problem.

My board is up and running again (hurrah!).. in the same format it was before you changed things.. BUT.. all the posts from around lunch time yesterday (19th Feb) to early evening, which is when the board went down altogether... have all disappeared.

Is there a chance we might get these back.. or are they out there floating in cyber space for the rest of time?

Thank you Proboards. Great work so far. You guys rule! All posts seem to be there except the ones made yesterday. They are gone somewhere. The titles (if it was new thread ) are still there but posts are gone.
My forum is up and running but I still have problems in admin area. For instance, I can't check out who registered with us within the last few days. I used to was able to do so. If this problem is a glitch that's unrelated to this one, please advise me what could I do to fix it.

Yes, thank you so much for fixing my forum, I have let all the users on my forum know what was suggested if it should go down in the future about 'constant refreshing'. And, I deleted my forum off the string of forums in this thread.
