UPDATED 6:14am - Problems For Servers 98-107

Please help! I still can't get in to my board. In fact proboards says they don't even have a record of my account, which is odd since this board has run without a hiccup for about 8-9 months. I've done everything I can think of - my time/date are correct on my computer, I've cleared everything from my cache, I've tried from other computers, I've tried logging in using my admin username and my member name, I've checked my registration e-mail and know both passwords are correct, I've even asked to have my password sent to me and the site tells me there's no member by that name. I'm not actually all that worried about past posts, I just need for my board members to be able to communicate again!

ETA: one of my members can log in and has reported that only two of our members are gone. One is myself (I'm the only mod, so this could be a problem). What can we do to fix it?

Edit: I don't want to be pushy, but I suppose I'm about to be. I understand that problems of this magnitude can take a while to fix, but is there any chance of at least getting someone from support to post an acknowledgement to those of us still having problems? An estimated time of how long it might take? I don't really want to leave Proboards, but if it turns out that nothing can be done, I need to know that and I doubt I'm the only one.

www.thedailybugle.proboards102.com/index.cgi is having lots of problems with log ins and 6 members are being told that they do not exist. I personally have 3 of those 6 log ins that are being told that they do not exist. One of which happens to be an admin login. The girl who is the head administrator and the other admin are fine, but do not know what to do. All of our old posts are still there but they do not say who they are by, it just says new member, which 2 of the 3 accounts that I have are over 500 posts each. Will these come back eventually or should we make new accounts and start over? I'd really love to chat with a staff member or at least e-mail one and get some more information on this. Thank you.

And I'd also like to mention that I had to link from here from the chat board. If I start at the home page, it doesn't load up. That is unless I do not log in. Any suggestions on that one also?

It totally deleted my account and I am the only admin there,so i have no way to get on the board.

I posted a new thread about my problem, but may have placed it in the wrong place, believing I had username/password problems. My problems appears similar to some of those posted above however.

I am the only admin on my gaming forum and am currently unable to login to my forum. Several others emailed me with the same problem yesterday, but I notice from the last 12 posts that some are now able to access the site. All of my previous posts are showing up, but do not show them as being posted by me. I have 2 test accounts in addition to my admin account, but these just give username/password error messages when I try to login, the same as my admin account.

Could you suggest a solution to the problem please?

None of our Categories shows up...

Never did get the upgrade. I had the same issues as a lot of boards when it was first tried to upgrade, then it was totally down for about 12 hours later that day(think to be fixed manually). Then when it came back, everything was there in it's correct places, nothing lost, thank god. But my board was reverted back to the old pre-4.5 forum set up. I'm happy the way it is, but want to up grade so hopefully it doesn't take forever for pages with pictures to open slow.

Much like everyone else, we seem to have lost two members. One is myself, another a colleague. Interestingly, we were in the process of PM'ing each other round about the time the problem occured. Coincidence ?

What is being done or wht can we do to reinstate ? I have had to sign up with a new account simply to post here.

We seem to have a similar problem to wichargerguy (quoted above).

For about 2 hours before everything went down on 19th, I noticed at he bottom of the Home page there was a listing of the members on in the last 24 hours and also when typing a message an indication of the number of Characters remaining (as shown below this message) - both of which appeared very nice to have! After waiting many hours (most of the day) the ProBoards message which stayed on all the time changed just before mid-night to "This server is currently undergoing maintenance. Please check back later"; by next morning things seemed to be back to normal apart from a few missing messages. However these two new features (24hours and Charaxter count) were no longer there, so that it appeared that we had reverted back to the pre-4.5 version!! Could the maintenance have caused the board to revert to the old version?

Anyway I am glad to see the board back up again but could we have the true update without going through another long downtime?
