I usually just send out email reminders to those that signed up but never participated
and if we all dissapear for a while from the board then I send out a reminder to make sure they remembered the board
For pms those of us that know eachother real good on the board pm eachother everyday
at least ten times a day or so
We also send pms to new members to let them know whats going on and what needs to be done when they join
although its in the rules but most dont bother reading them so we pm them and tell them that way
Oh and I forgot usually pms to any new member cause they always ask for a cbox and I have to tell them we wont have one cause some members have slow connection and I wouldnt want to lose members cause the board loads to slow for them
besides I dont like the email thing really cause when I recieve them there always in my bulk mail and I tend to forget to check there so im sure if other members get it there then their not gonna check so whats the point in the emails
