I am going to bed and just wanted to post this before going to sleep, just to reiterate:

Phaelyn contacted me claiming to be the detective. This is now obviously a lie -- and Phaelyn is trying to kill me to get one last villager death before she is finally exposed. I almost died before even getting to post once in this thread -- this all happened while I was at dinner with woop and Craig.

I never, NEVER claimed in any message to ANY player that I was the detective. I ask that you please retract your votes and consider the evidence before you. Phaelyn is lying and nearly had me killed before I could even get one post in. Phaelyn must be mafia.

Right, I am entirely unsure as to who to vote for. It would seem likely that one of the two is mafia, and, in theory, we should lynch one, and, if they're a villager, lynch the other straight after. The question is, who do we think is more likely to be mafia? It would be preferable not to lynch the villager.

Look at the time on this post. Yeah, I have a code in that hides last edit since it annoys me -- go ahead and add &NOHEADERS=1 to the url. I haven't modified that.

Now compare it to the time anyone else posted asking about villagers being PM'd. I noted that way before.

Also, villagers, I think we all got a PM from Aether yesterday. Didn't we?

Having read this post, I think it would be in our best bets to vote Patrick first. Of course, you could have lied, but Aether's confirmation that those without a PM was posted well after you made your post, which would suggest that you are telling the truth.

Yep. I also posted before Jetta and Trill even so much as mentioned the role PMs -- earlier by a couple hours, I hadn't even talked to them beforehand (hence asking if it happened to anyone else )

True, I wouldn't put it past him to delete it just to mess with me. Not like he pays attention to mafia anyway...especially when he was playing it :x

Oh, right, I forgot to address Patrick's post. Yeah, er, I never said I was the detective. Pretending to be another role is risky, at best, in the other games, and positively condemning in this one where there are so many roles. I've only pretended to be another role once, and that was the first game where bagheera and I had a really strong alliance. I only trust two people right now, and they're just villagers anyway.

Simple, you came out first to say Patrick claimed to be the detective. We should lynch him. But if he's not mafia, we lynch you. I think . I must admit the role pm comment makes you seem innocent, so perhaps we can skip that role.
