I have no problem voting for him if that's what everyone feels is right, I just don't think we have enough evidence to be making that decision yet. How do we know Phaelyn isn't a mafioso? Or that Patrick is really a villager who likes impersonating the cops?

The idea is that we would lynch Phaelyn if Patrick turned out to be a villager. A 1:1 trade is advantageous for us.

good point. I just think that if we don't get rid of one, than the other is a definite (maybe) mafia member.

Unfortunately, we also have no evidence against ANYONE at this time... unless someone is holding something back?

I don't mind hearing from Patrick's perspective, but if we have nothing else to go after, then I'm going to vote Patrick anyway.

The only reason I'm cool with voting for Patrick is because Phaelyn has everything to lose if she is lying. Patrick dies innocently, Phaelyn dies tomorrow. What is the use of gaining an "extra day" by falsely accusing someone and making up lies when no-one really even suspected her much in the first place?

My point was it is possible that he is actually a villager and was pretending to be a detective. But, very well. It seems everyone else has already decided, and so I'll vote Patrick just to speed this along. Sorry if I'm wrong, Pat.

My vote is up for change once I hear him defend himself, though. Because Ben does have a point. Although I don't know why he would do that, especially if there is the threat that he may be found out lying and I don't think he would have too much to gain by pretending to be a detective when he was really just a villager or something.

I don't know why you are lying about me saying I was the detective but I didn't. This is either a mafia ploy or you're trying to act like Ryan did last game by trying to control the villagers into voting the direction you want.

I never sent Phaelyn a PM claiming to be the detective. In fact, Phaelyn is the one who contacted me claiming to be the detective!

Phaelyn is only saying this to off a villager since she knows her cover is blown, and now my fellow villagers have taken to siding with Phaelyn. I will admit that it was a smooth move Phaelyn, by saying that I claimed to be the detective when in fact you were the one who did this to me. The fact is we should be voting for Phaelyn and not me.

If it turns out that Phaelyn is not mafia, kill me the next day. I swear I AM NOT MAFIA, PHAELYN IS PLAYING YOU.

I retract my vote and am temporarily abstaining. It seems it is entirely possible that either Patrick or Phaelyn are lying. Obviously one or both of them has to be. We've gotta kill one of them. Which... I'm not sure yet.
