I see you have the date registered in the mini-profiles. I assume that's a theme addition?

Would it be possible for you to remove that temporarily and see if this plugin then behaves? And if it does, could you please PM me your mini-profile theme so I can add it to my test site and try to work out a way around it.

Hey Todge, I've deactivated the shortened mini-profile dates plugin.  I hope this is what you were referring to.

Not really sure what you mean by mini-profile theme, Todge. Further, I have finally got my dilemma figured out -- funny enough, one of my members suggested taking everyone's post that replied and putting those responses in my initial post where they would be unable to edit/delete my post. I'm really not sure why I didn't think of this .. but, what an easy way out. I have also saved the code that jrryan posted up and will definitely be using it in the future. I want to thank everyone in this thread for taking the time to help me out.

Ok, this plug in isn't working for me. I have the latest version, just reinstalled it yesterday.

Have it set for 360 minutes time limit for both editing and deleting.

Neither of the options are removed.

I set it to global.

My first question is, when I put Global in the box does it need the 'global' marks around it? I didn't put them so maybe that is the problem.

No, you don't need the quote marks around the word Global.

Could you please try deactivating the reply button in each post plugin to see if the two are clashing.

It still isn't working. I was able to edit and the delete option was still there as well.

Are you trying that as an administrator?

Admins can always edit and delete posts no matter what the settings.

can you please try moving this plugin to the very top of your forum, and if it still doesn't work, try disabling the level up meter plugin.

If all of that still doesn't work, could you PM me your mini-profile layout and let me know of any plugins you are using that effect the mini-profiles and I'll do some digging.

I use the mini profile plug in. I'll try disabling that an the other one. I'm having an awful time with the quarantine plug in suddenly as of about 1pm EST Jan 2. It just keeps quarantining posts an threads for no reason. Lot of them, I finally had to disable it. So far no one else has posted in the support thread for it with issues. I'm at a loss, why would it suddenly not work, just at my site? I even disabled your time restriction plug in here, but that didn't help either. Never had a problem with that one. Totally bumming out.

Todge, I disabled the level up meter and the mini profile background plug in, and moved yours up to third under the monetary plug in and I could still edit and the delete was still there as well. I set it to an hour to speed things up, but its been 5 hours.
