Here you go, S?T?N. Place it at the very beginning of Themes > Layout Templates > Home.

Thank you very much for the code! No matter where i place it tho, it doesnt show the 'welcome xxxx' text(?) Ive tried putting it in the beginning (before news) and after category, but it wont show... Could there be something wrong with my forum?

Okay, S?T?N. I figured out what the problem was. I apparently changed part of the plugin so that it overwrites anything you push to the array that controls the news fader content. I changed the plugin for you that it wouldn't present that problem to you. I'm gonna go ahead and update the plugin in the library as well with this fix. It should be working for you now.

Yeah, S?T?N. Add this to Structure > Headers & Footers > Global Header.

Hey Brian, I hope you don't mind me asking you another question, but do you know if there is any way to add a different color in the text of a news feed? For example; I just made someone admin in guild and forum and I would like it to stand out in the news feed. So in red I would like it to be "WELCOME TO OUR NEWEST ADMIN and in a different color the name of the admin. Hope you understand what I mean Thank you in advance for an answer

If you want the standard text to be a different color you'll need to add HTML around it to change the color. Try this. Note that this won't affect the color of links within those span tags as they're controlled by CSS.

You add it within your news headlines, S?T?N, as that's where your news fader text is.

Is there any way that the news can be displayed on every page of the forum? Or at least just the home/thread/board pages?
