Forum URL: underthissmile.proboards36.comThe board i'm at constantly deletes members from it and it picks through the members randomly but if someone has several accounts it deletes all of their accounts and its constantly happening to the same people and won't stop.

Are you the main admin? The main admin can delete who ever he/she wants to delete. It's there forum. Personally at my forum i don't allow members to have multiple accounts and will delete the duplicate ones no question's asked. Or inactive members will be deleted to.

Check your Security Log in the admin panel. Is one of your staff doing it? (If you're main admin that is)

Like suggested before tell the main admin to check the security log to see if any other staff member is deleting the accounts. Or the members could be doing that themselves. Everything will show up in the security log.

Is it possible to inadvertantly install a code in headers/footers for example that could be mallicious and result in this.

I don't believe it's possible for a code to be causing this. Are you *absolutely sure* that you have checked the security logs? Please check them anyway, even if you doubt it's possible.

in the logs it says that the Admin account is deleting them but only one person knows the pw to it and shes not doing it and no one has seen anyone on the account so it can't be hacked.

Well search the IP of the admin who deleted the members and find out what member on your forum it belongs to. In your admin panel click on "search members' and do a search by IP to find the person who was in your account deleting people. Accounts can be hacked if the password is easy to guess.

In an RPG, people will frequently log the birthdayy of their character. This can result in an age under 13 and an automatic deletion. Sorry, but even in an RPG, you need your real b-day, not the character's.

Sorry, but even in an RPG, you need your real b-day, not the character's. The birthdays have nothing to do it. If you had seen the earlier post it looks like an admin password had been cracked. I would have the main admin change their password as soon as possible and the password to the email that is to the board. Have all the other admins change their passwords as well.

its not the birthday thing. it happens after the people have joined for a long time and then it suddenly deletes them. neither of the admins are doing it and no one has hacked the account. i'm telling you something is wrong with the board.

Have the admins actually bothered checking the security log to back up the claim that it wasn't cracked?
