Email notifications not working

Did anything show up as of now, stacykan? Our server logs are showing that an e-mail of ours was successfully delivered to you 4 minutes ago. Be sure to check your spam and trash folders!

I'm in the exact same boat as stacykan. I've tried resetting my settings, checked my spam folder and still the same issue I'm afraid

I see, mitzytaz and stacykan. Because the issues are continuing, I'll need to go back to the drawing board on what might be going wrong here.

Just for clarification purposes, is anyone else on the forum reporting that quotes and tags aren't yielding a notification e-mail, or does it appear to be the both of you?

David Clark Sorry forgot to check over here earlier. There are several members reporting the same issue.

I also did not get an email notification that you had tag me on this board. I did get an email saying the thread had been updated.

Would you be able to point out any members on the forum still reporting that they're experiencing this problem (link to their profiles or provide their usernames), just in case there's a common element here that we're missing?

David Clark I think everyone in this post by A Bad Example is having the same issue.

Proboards is asking if some more people with this issue can respond in the support thread. You can either register for the forum, or post as a guest.

Thanks, stacykan. Right now I'm testing with HobbesIsReal and Mitzy to see if they're able to get any notifications.

I mentioned this in the TSTO thread too, stacykan, A Bad Example & mitzytaz, but we've got a lead on this rather persistent tag/quote notification issue. We've tasked our devs to take a closer look, and the hope is that they'll be able to straighten things out. I'll post back with any updates.

I've been told the changes containing the fix are now live and this shouldn't be a problem anymore, A Bad Example, stacykan, mitzytaz & spiffshine. If you have any additional e-mail issues down the line, go ahead and create a new thread for them
