Hi toetapping, The up button found in the corner of posts seems to be working for me. Are you just left at the same spot when you click it? Or does it take you somewhere other than all the way to the top?

Hi, toetapping. It works fine on my end using the same browser as you. The Javascript is also correct, so I'm not sure why it wouldn't be working on your end.

Can you try opening a new private browsing window and visit your forum with that to see if the issue is present there?
(If you're using Firefox, it can be done by clicking the Firefox options button in the top-right corner of the browser, then select the "New Private Window" option)

Did as you said New Private Window bought up forum. The arrow still didn't work. Went on hubby's computer it doesn't work there either.
We recently updated firefox and have 36.0. I was wondering if you have updated and it could be that?

I am on FF 36, and it doesn't work for me either. I note that when I hover my pointer over the down button, I see text associated with the button in the lower left corner of my browser. I don't see anything when I hover over the up button.

I will be the first to say that I'm not a coder, so what I am seeing probably is nothing at all. But, I pulled up your source code, and did a search for the button urls. And this is what I see:
<div class="edited_by"><a onclick="scroll(0,0);"><img src="http://i38.tinypic.com/2923eir.jpg" /></a><a href="#bottom" onclick="scroll(0,0);"><img src="http://i36.tinypic.com/296hjpv.jpg" /></a></div>
I see the href for "#bottom", but not one for top, though I see both image urls.

Looks like FF 36.0 doesn't like scrolling inside onclick attributes for whatever reason. Adding this to your global header should make it work again. ( Note: This code is specifically for toetapping's forum. It's not going to work on every forum. Refer to this post for a universal solution.)

Hi, toetapping ~
I wanted to be sure my up/down in the post areas were working on FF before I posted here ~ and they are.
On FF, both of your images take me to the top. Your "down" coding is slightly off.
Here is the code I use ~ modified to include your image links ~
<div><a onclick="scroll(0,0);"><img src="http://i38.tinypic.com/2923eir.jpg" /></a> <a onclick="scroll(0,document.body.scrollHeight);"><img src="http://i36.tinypic.com/296hjpv.jpg" /></a></div>
Hope this helps.

Brian, my code is working in FF without having that in the Global Header.
