Hi,
Our sysadmin has suggested trying "private browsing mode" in Firefox to see if the issue continues there. This hopefully will help us diagnose the cause. I belive the shortcut is Ctrl+Shift+N, and then browse normally and let us know if you receive any errors.

So my mobile login issue doesn't persist when I turn on "secret mode" on my Samsung browser (using a galaxy 8). Hope that helps? I know it's not firefox, but maybe helpful... I have no idea how Abrac is accessing the forum though, but I replied to him to try the same for his error, and also to screen shot it.

I am in the same exact position with GoDaddy not working after this change and it is affecting my business forum as a result. Not been able to update this or make it work. I dont know what proboards did but this is not acceptable at all to me.

I am in the same exact position with GoDaddy not working after this change and it is affecting my business forum as a result. Not been able to update this or make it work. Thanks. This is the error message Abrac keeps getting when he tries to post. Hope it helps For this user, could you have them use private browsing mode in Firefox and see if they still receive the same error there? CTRL + SHIFT + P should be the shortcut to open a private browsing window. Do note that they'll have to login again as private browsing is essentially "separate" from the normal browsing experience. I'm hoping that private browsing on that version of Firefox disables addons, as googling around has indicated that it may be tied to an issue with one of those.

If its working for some users then we're almost definitely waiting on DNS propagation. If something domain related was set up wrong then nobody would be able to get in.
