wildmaven and all others I have been making a ZC (Zelda Classic) game named Tuff E Nuff II which is based off of Tuff E Nuff for SNES.

My D&D group have kept playing over Skype over lockdown, once a week at first and then a bit less frequently as some of the furloughed people have gone back to work.

Our biggest lockdown fun project though has been converting a part of our garden into a chicken run, after a conversation out of nowhere about how having chickens would be nice turned into a more serious discussion about how we could do it. We have it all built now, but as we are rehoming commercial laying hens before slaughter, we are waiting for the charity’s next rehoming date for our four hens to move in. We’ve needed a fun distraction.

Mainly I have been reading, watching some quality/vintage TV, and playing with my kids. On the work side, I have been amping up my consulting business.

And I shot off a ton of fireworks last weekend.

Honestly, a lot of the same things I've always done. Reading, writing, gaming, stuff like that. I've been making good use of my library system to get more ebooks and audiobooks through my phone; they're apparently doing curbside pickup for book requests, but I don't quite feel ready to do that just yet.

I've been trying to get more outdoor time, even if it's just sitting outside and relaxing, but we're also in a heat wave right now, so that's a little more difficult.

I'm hoping that more people are picking up books during the pandemic. I'm using the time to put a big dent in my personal goal to read all the Pulitzer Prize winning novels. Apparently, there's a huge increase in the number of novels being written, as well.

That turned out great! I've been making coloring books/pages for my Etsy, and am having a blast doing so. I also printed them out and sent them to my Mom, who is obsessed with coloring. I hope she likes them.

I've been spending a lot of time on Twitch, which has led me to discover some really great and supportive communities. It went from being a thing I randomly visited a couple times a week to a social platform where I now spend several hours a day talking to people. I'm also trying my hand at editing together videos into compilations (which is partially related to the Twitch thing). I recently put together a raid video for a streamer that was well-received and which is now played on their stream whenever someone raids their channel, so it's cool to think that I was able to contribute that.

I've tried getting into video games, somewhat. It hasn't really taken off, as I'm usually just not in the mood to play them, but my collection has grown from 1 game to about 40 in the fast few months, so I have no shortage of options when I do decide to play them. Right now, I'm getting into Crash Team Racing: Nitro Fueled and Mario Kart 8. I am very bad at both. I'm also looking forward to starting a new game called Bug Fables, which is apparently very similar to the first two Paper Mario games, my two all-time favorite games.

By the way, I finally finished reading my huge backlog of books... in early March 2020. Worst timing ever.

hmm... Does trying to learn more css, html and starting to learn a bit about flex etc (all things relating to PB) count as fun? How about coloring pages on my phone?
