The code from Smangii's site was made in 2008 for ProBoards v4. All forums hosted on ProBoards transitioned to ProBoards v5 in April of 2013. Code designed specifically around v4's HTML layout no longer function. The Subscriptions page of your dashboard on ProBoards.com should show any currently active subscriptions. If you still have a specific card active it will be visible on the checkout page before attempting any purchase, and attempting to remove it as a purchase option will prompt you with a message saying it's currently tied to an existing subscription. |

I can only assume you're attempting to log into an account other than the one you're resetting the password for. There's absolutely no reason a password reset shouldn't work.

The one that you sent me is the one you're currently logged into. You should have no trouble accessing that since you had to be logged into it to get here to begin with.

If you're successfully resetting the password for an email address you should be able to log into the global account tied to that email address provided you completed the reset process and are entering that email address as your username on the Login page (and not somewhere else like the Link page).
But considering no password resets have been issued for the account in question whether or not those other global accounts are accessible will be irrelevant as none of them pertain to the profile you linked.

According to our mail log the email address tied to that account hasn't had any password resets requested for it. If you've successfully performed a password reset it's likely for another account if you're entering the email address and it's being accepted.

If you're able to log into a forum account that means it's tied to a global account as it's not possible to log into a forum account otherwise. The global account you get logged into when attempting to log into the forum account will be the one that's tied to it.

If you log out of any global accounts you're logged into and attempt to log back in using the username and its associated password you should automatically be logged into the global account associated with that username.
You can then go to your global account settings on the ProBoards.com homepage to determine the email address tied to that global account.
